The vulcanization system of rubber is the foundation for the significant progress made in the rubber industry. The transfer printing rubber head is precisely manufactured based on the principle that room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, under the action of vulcanizing agents and other substances, undergoes cross-linking to form a network structure of elastic material. Rubber is a type of large molecule chain of hydrocarbons. Rubber with only carbon atoms on the main chain is called carbon-chain rubber; rubber with other atoms besides carbon atoms on the main chain is called hetero-chain rubber; if the main chain contains organic groups such as silicon, tin, boron, etc., then it is called an element organic polymer. Silicone rubber is an element organic polymer with organic silicon groups on the main chain. There are two types of vulcanization processes for silicone rubber: one is high-temperature vulcanization, and the corresponding silicone rubber is called high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, abbreviated as HTV; the other is room-temperature vulcanization, and the corresponding silicone rubber is called room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, abbreviated as RTV. Room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is divided into two types: one is addition type, and the other is condensation type. Condensation-type silicone rubber contains terminal hydroxyl groups and is prone to react with silicon-containing silanes containing degradable groups at room temperature for vulcanization, with ethyl silicate as the cross-linking agent and dibutyl tin dioxide as the catalyst. Addition-type silicone rubber generally contains -CH=CH, terminal groups, and is usually cross-linked into an elastic body through self-addition reaction using a siloxane containing Si-H bond as the cross-linking agent. Condensation-type adhesives are used for surface printing of plastic and hardware products, and have excellent durability, no deformation, no oil leakage, and good ink transfer performance. They can be vulcanized at room temperature, and the curing time depends on the amount of curing agent. The more curing agent used, the faster the curing. It is a two-component addition-type room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Before vulcanization, it is in the form of flowing liquids A and B components, which can be vulcanized at room temperature, and the curing time depends on the amount of curing agent. The more curing agent used, the faster the curing. It can be prepared into excellent transfer printing elastic materials. The product has excellent characteristics such as low viscosity, good fluidity, easy demolding, no shrinkage, no oil leakage, and no deformation; it has good ink transfer performance and solvent resistance.
